¡Moderno apartamento de 3 dormitorios a 300m de la playa!

This beautiful apartment is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator or stairs. It has 3 bedrooms*. 1st bedroom: large bed 1.60x2.00m + ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom: large bed 1.60x2.00m bathroom in hallway. 3rd bedroom: single bed 0.80x2.00m *all beds have the same high quality mattresses and 2 different high quality memory foam pillows. There is a completely new open kitchen with all ameneties you need such as, a big fridge and freezer, coffee machine, milkfoamer, waterboiler, oven/microwave and even filtered water. The living room has a large couch with big TV which can be connected to your phones/laptops in order to see your personal tv series/movies. If your clothes are wrinkled because your travel agency started throwing around your luggage, we will have an iron + board for you :) It is also perfectly fine to bring your baby. There is a baby cot and chair available. Please let us know in advance so we can set it up. Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment. The bathroom has a comfortable rain-shower. If you don't want to bring your own shampoo, don't worry, we have shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. If you want to have a drink in the sun on our comfortable terrace, it is possible;) Then the location is amazing: really close to the best beaches of fuengirola, the main stores are litereally outside on the street, the bus and train station is 1 min walk and most of the better restaurants are around the apartment as well!
