• No Parties. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.
• Keep the volume of any kind of music down to respect the neighbours. Especially after 22.00h, please keep it quiet in the corridor of the building.
• No extra guests.
• No pets of any kind.
• No mailing packages (receiving or sending).
• 120 euros for excessive cleaning if the apartment is left with trash everywhere .
• Loosing keys is 75 euro fine.

Stunning views. Luxurious quality apartment and super clean and comfortable. Only slight observation was regarding the location and the steepness of the hill to get to/from the local shops & bars but property itself was amazing!
